用藝術幫助人
能用藝術幫助人是一件愉快的事..這幾年我常在想"治療*(Therapy)"是什麼,我看到這件事在傳統醫療上"用最大的機率去處理當下認為正確的處置",就是醫療.這就是所謂的專業... 現代的醫療專業令人尊重無庸置疑;但因為生命是活的,我們無法控制一切..而生病的感受,卻來自心理的思維;所以我們不得不去面對這件事,這件事也直接間接影響到生理的健康. 心理的健康是什麼,在強調"受過傷的療癒者"(Wounded Healer)前提下,治療著必須經過一種病態的歷程與成長,並在移情/反移情的情況下感受或承接病態,生命的個體在意識與潛意識中來回並承載痛苦... 無法"同理",也就無法完成治療;跨入了"同情"又常讓自己無可自拔.. 藝術是良方,可以昇華治療者與個案的心靈;個案也許可以不用透過揭露而解決心靈的困擾,照護者也可以享受生命並擁有更大照護的能力. "藝術"不只是治療,還有自我的昇華;照護者也不用在受傷的情況下才能同情,這就是"藝術"能讓心理治療關係得到的均衡... "如是我聞"願與生命中的夥伴分享~~
話說「黃石」
話說「黃石」，乃指的是「田黃」石，「田黃」亦稱「闐黃」、「填黃」，歷有「石帝」、「石中之王」的美譽，其價值自古以來便不亞於黃金，有所謂的「一兩田黃一兩黃金」之說。質地醇美的田黃更是「易金數倍」。田黃外皮層呈蘿蔔絲或橘皮紋；肌理則玲瓏透澈，有黃金黃、桔皮黃、枇杷黃、桂花黃、熟栗黃、杏花黃、肥皂黃、糖粿黃、桐油地等數種。其中以「黃金黃」、「桔皮黃」最稀罕，兩以上價高出黃金三倍，「枇杷黃」、「桂花黃」次之。「桐油地」則色暗而濁，是為次品。在田黃中，有時還會遇到通靈無比的透明體，有如新鮮的蛋黃，又名「田黃凍」則價值連城。還有一種田黃，外裹白色層，而內純黃色，名民間稱之為「銀裹金」。 「幼兒」正是一個個等待發掘的「黃石」，
